Yes. Plan changes apply right away and are prorated by Stripe. The seat count follows the people in your teams on its own.
You pay 10 months for 12, upfront. Seats added during the year are prorated for the months left.
Without a subscription the workspace moves to Free: 5 seats, one team, 30 days of history. Data beyond that is kept for 30 days.
Invoices with VAT are issued automatically for every payment. For a purchase order or a wire transfer, write to us.
